Monday, August 1st, 2011Updated Aug. 5: Five municipalities had their center designation plans approved at the Highlands Council’s Aug. 3 meeting. New Jersey Future and the Regional Plan Association sent a letter to the Highlands Council supporting its favorable review of the plans.
