• Eleven 80, Newark

  This redevelopment project turned a decaying art deco office tower into luxury rental apartments, constituting the first new luxury housing built in downtown Newark in more than 45 years and promising to help mark a new era of vitality and economic activity for the state’s largest city.

• Abbett Avenue Apartments, Morristown

  Abbett Avenue Apartments will consist of 12 apartments, evenly divided into one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units and available to very-low-income (30% or less of median household income), low-income (50% or less) and moderate-income families (80% or less).

• Health Sciences Campus

  The Health Sciences Campus indicates Cooper’s strong commitment to Camden and the adjacent neighborhood in a challenging urban setting.

• Heldrich Redevelopment Project, New Brunswick

  The mixed-use Heldrich Redevelopment Project, which opened in March 2007, is emblematic of New Brunswick’s successful redevelopment strategies.

• Plainsboro Village Center

  The Village Center represents an alternative to the auto-dependent, single-use development common to many suburban communities.

• Rahway Town Center Master Plan

  The Rahway Town Center Master Plan, which will create a new mixed-use public square, builds on this trend of redevelopment in the city’s downtown.

• Park Square, Rahway

  The Park Square mixed-use development transforms a 2.4-acre downtown block formerly used partially for surface parking into two buildings with 159 apartments, 6,400 square feet of retail space, more than 200 garage spaces and a park.
